How does "Update products from Nembol" feature works?
The “Update products from Nembol’s feature” allows you to choose which sales channels will receive updates when you edit product information in Nembol.
To activate the “Update products from Nembol” feature, you simply have to:
- Go to the Channels Tab in your Nembol account.
- Click on Sync Settings.
- Find “Update products from Nembol” feature and click on the pencil icon.
- Select the Channels where you want updates will be applied.
Once this is done:
- Go to the Products Tab.
- Make your desired edits (e.g., titles, descriptions, images).
- Click “Save & Publish”.
- Wait few seconds and refresh the product listing in the selected channel to view changes.
Limitations of this feature:
- Variant Images: Nembol doesn’t support images for individual variants. To avoid removing variant images on certain channels, keep the “Update Products from Nembol” feature OFF.
- Etsy Content Update: If “Update products from Nembol” is OFF, the price and SKU code will still update to match Nembol, but this only applies to Etsy.
- eBay Product Information: Nembol doesn’t manage eBay product specs. Sellers can update them directly in their eBay account.
- Amazon Content: Amazon uses centralized content, so all updates will be reviewed directly by Amazon.
Can I deactivate the "Update Products from Nembol" Feature?
Yes, you can deactivate this feature if you wish to make changes to a product in Nembol without those changes affecting other channels. This allows you to keep product content separate across different channels.
In that case, you can:
- Go to the Channels Tab
- Click on Sync Settings.
- Unselect the channel under “Update products from Nembol”.
- Continue editing products as usual and save your changes.
What product information can I edit in my products?
With the “Update products from Nembol” feature, it is possible to update all main product details, such as:
- Title.
- Pictures.
